Adamiro Pricing

One platform.
Two plans.

Pay for what you use.

Adamiro replaces a stack of marketing tools, external consultants, and an advisory board of seasoned industry leaders with one subscription, from $29 a month, no long-term commitment, cancel any time. Two plans, Solo and Team, both with every module included. Then you pay for the work itself: one task per ten sources, one or two tasks per draft, two tasks per half hour of advice. Nothing else costs anything.

One task per ten sources. One task per draft. Two tasks per half hour of advice. Nothing else costs anything.

Tasks never expire. You bought them, they are yours. Every credit system on the market resets monthly. Ours does not.

A draft you throw away costs nothing. Discard a Voice draft unedited within 24 hours and the task comes back. Capped at three a week.

No feature is locked to sell you a tier. Two kinds of limits: the ones that cost us money, which you pay for by the task, and the ones that do not, which we do not have.

The trial has no clock. Your trial ends when your tasks are gone, not on a date. Fifteen tasks, no card. When you take a seat, twenty more arrive with Solo and fifty with Team. Those do not expire either.

Both seats: stored in the EU, no model training. It is not a plan feature. It is how the platform is built. Data protection →

Three rules on every plan.

A person approves every post.

Adamiro writes and schedules. It never publishes on its own. Someone on your team reads the draft and presses Approve, and that click is recorded with a name and a time.

Your tasks are the ceiling.

Every piece of work takes its tasks from your wallet before it starts. When the wallet is empty, the work stops. There is no automatic top-up unless you turn one on, and nothing is billed past what you hold.

The writing runs in the EU.

Your data is stored in the EU, and the AI that writes for you runs in the Netherlands and Germany. The two exceptions are listed on the data protection page.

How many tasks is your month?

Set your publishing pace. We’ll point at the plan that fits.

A founder publishing 5 drafts and 5 images a week with 1 briefing a week uses about 59 tasks a month: the 100-pack ($150) covers it, and any seat, Solo or Team, runs all of it.

Benchmarks

What the same work costs when people do it

Three kinds of company sell what Adamiro does, one piece at a time. This is what their own 2026 price guides say they charge. The ranges are theirs, not rounded.

Price is one difference. The other is who decides. An agency brings people who make the decisions for you. Adamiro brings the drafts, the schedule and the report, and you decide. With a marketing department you may want both. Without one, this is the one you can afford to start with.

Prices are the providers’ own published 2026 ranges, read on 7 September 2026. We publish customer results only once we have measured them. There are none on this page yet.

Colleagues & teams

How seats work

Solo is one seat for one person. Team is built for working together: an owner and up to four Co-Editors sharing one workspace. An agency runs on Team and adds a workspace for each client.

Solo: everything, for one person

Solo is a single login with every module open: Signals, Voice, Reach, Radar, Mentor, The Tank, AI Visibility and Adam. Nothing is locked away to sell you a bigger seat, only the tasks you hold set the ceiling.

Your welcome bundle, 20 tasks, arrives the day your first payment clears, and they never expire. Move to Team later and your task balance comes with you.

Team: an owner and four Co-Editors

Team comes with 5 seats: you and up to four Co-Editors, each with their own login and every module open. Co-Editors spend from your shared task pool, and you can set a spending cap per Co-Editor if you want a ceiling.

Your welcome bundle, 50 tasks, arrives the day your first payment clears, and they never expire. A Co-Editor’s profile starts pre-filled from your company profile, so their first draft already sounds like the company, and they write with your shared Company Voice. Billing stays with you. Extra Co-Editor seats are $19/month.

A company page reaches the people who follow it. On Team, each of you also connects your own LinkedIn profile, so buyers see several people from the company.

Agency: a workspace for each client

Run Adamiro for your clients from your own Team account. Each client gets a separate workspace with its own company profile, memory, drafts and connections, so one client’s material never shows up in another’s. A client workspace is a full Team workspace, and you are its owner.

Client workspaces are $49/month each, added to your subscription. Each workspace has its own tasks, bought inside it and charged to your card. See Adamiro for agencies.

For agencies

Run Adamiro for your clients

Agency is the Team plan with a workspace added for each client, at $49 a month per client. You keep your own account, and everything comes on one invoice.

Diagram: an agency on the Team plan runs three client workspaces. The agency and each client workspace have their own task balance. The plan, the three workspaces and each client's task packs are billed to the agency's card.

$49 a month per client

Each client workspace is one more line on your own subscription, at $49 a month. On yearly billing a workspace costs ten months for the year. Prices exclude VAT.

A full workspace, kept apart

Every client gets a Team workspace that you own: five users, every module, and its own company profile, Brand, Memory, drafts and connected accounts. Nothing in it is shared with your account or with another client.

Tasks per client

Each client workspace holds its own tasks. You buy a pack inside the workspace, it is charged to your card, and it can only be spent there. Nothing is shared between you and a client, or between two clients. Turn on auto top-up for a workspace and it buys the pack you chose when that workspace runs low.

How it works

1. Choose Agency

Press Start as an agency in the plan table, create your account, choose how many client workspaces to start with and pay once. If you already have a paid plan, open Account, then Plan and billing, and turn on Agency there.

2. Add a client

The workspaces you chose at checkout are ready when your payment goes through, named Client 1, Client 2 and so on. Rename them, and add the next one with New client workspace. Its line joins your subscription, and today you pay only for what is left of the current billing period. A new workspace starts with no tasks, so buy its first pack next.

3. Put your people in

Switch on the Co-Editors who should work for that client. They work there as agency staff, see only the clients you put them in, and do not use any of the client’s five seats.

4. Hand over or archive

A client who wants to run Adamiro themselves takes the workspace over, with everything in it and the tasks it has left, and pays for it from then on. If the work ends, archive the workspace: its line leaves your next invoice, and when it closes the tasks it has left move to your own balance.

An agency on Team with three clients pays $99 + 3 × $49 = $246 a month, plus the task packs it buys for each client.

A client who already has an Adamiro account can let your people into it instead. There is no workspace fee for that, and the work spends the client’s tasks.

Common questions

Everything you need to know

What is a task?

A task is a prepaid unit of work, and every button shows its price before you press it. A short draft costs 1 task and a long one costs 2. Half an hour with Mentor costs 2 tasks, and a Tank session costs 3. A market briefing costs 1 task for every ten sources it reads. See the task economy page for the full table.

Do tasks expire?

No. Tasks you buy stay yours until you spend them, on either seat, forever. There is no monthly allowance to lose and nothing quietly resets.

Can I switch seats?

Yes, any time, on /pricing/. Moving to Team applies right away and we charge the difference for the rest of the period. Moving to Solo takes effect at your next renewal. Either way your task balance is untouched, tasks belong to the account, not the seat.

What does Team’s 5 seats mean?

Team comes with 5 seats: you and up to four Co-Editors, each with their own login and every module open. Co-Editors spend from your shared task pool, and you can cap what each one may spend. Billing and the company profile stay with the account owner. Extra Co-Editor seats are $19 a month (219 kr or 19 €).

Is there an agency plan?

Yes. Agency is the Team plan with a workspace added for each client. Team is $99 a month (1 099 kr or 99 €) and each client workspace is $49 a month (549 kr or 49 €), on one invoice. Choose Agency in the plan table, create your account, pick how many client workspaces to start with and pay once. On yearly billing a workspace costs ten months for the year.

Who pays for the tasks a client workspace uses?

The agency. Each client workspace has its own tasks. You buy a task pack inside the workspace, it is charged to the agency’s card and shows on the agency’s invoice, and only that workspace can spend it. A new workspace starts with no tasks. If you archive a workspace and it closes, the tasks it has left move to the agency’s own balance. If you hand it over to the client, the tasks go with it. When a client lets an agency into an account the client already owns, the work spends the client’s tasks.

Can a client take over the workspace an agency built?

Yes. The agency sends a handover, the client picks Solo or Team and pays in the normal checkout, and the workspace becomes theirs with its company profile, memory, sources and drafts. Until the payment goes through, the agency keeps its access and the workspace stays on its invoice.

Can I use The Tank on Solo?

Yes. Every module is open on every seat, Solo included. A Tank session runs the same five advisors and the Chair either way, and it costs 3 tasks flat.

What does a run cost?

The price is on the button before you press it. The What a task buys table above, inside the pricing plans, lists every module’s price, and nothing is ever billed past the tasks you hold.

Can Adamiro top up my tasks for me?

Yes, if you turn it on. It is off until the account owner picks a threshold and a pack, and from then on, when your balance falls to that threshold, Adamiro charges the pack to your card on file, at most once a day, with an email confirming every charge. A failed charge pauses auto top-up until you switch it back on.

Is there a free trial?

Yes: 15 tasks, no card and no clock. Use them to set up your sources, run a briefing, write a few drafts, try Mentor, and sit in on one Tank session. There is no countdown. Your trial ends when the tasks do, not when a timer does.

What happens when the trial tasks are gone?

Your dashboard stays readable and nothing you built goes away. The banner says your trial tasks are used up, and the same Choose a seat button, on the banner and on the run buttons, takes you to the seat checkout. Choose one and a welcome bundle arrives with your first payment, 20 tasks on Solo or 50 on Team, and those do not expire either.

Do prices include VAT?

Prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT is calculated and added at checkout based on your billing location, in line with EU and Swedish tax rules. EU customers with a valid VAT ID are charged at the reverse charge rate.
