The weekly read, run by someone whose job it is.
You keep the seat. We put a named operator in it. Every week they set the sources, run the briefing, pick the ideas, draft the posts in your voice and load the queue. What happens next depends on which level you choose.
Level 1: You approve.
Your operator does everything up to the approve button. Every Thursday the queue holds the week’s posts with the source behind each claim. You read, change what you want, press approve. Nothing goes out without you. Working figure: $1,490 a month, including a Team seat and 50 tasks. Operator time: about two hours a week.
Level 2: We approve, within your rules.
You write the rules once: topics that are off limits, claims that need your sign-off, tone, hours. Your operator approves inside them and sends you the week’s published posts with their sources. Anything outside the rules waits for you. Working figure: $1,990 a month, including a Team seat and 100 tasks. Operator time: about four hours a week.
What the operator does not do.
They don’t invent a quote, a number or a case study unless you ask for it in writing, and what was invented is marked. They don’t post outside the hours you set. They don’t change your rules. They don’t see your other accounts if you have several. And they don’t learn your business by osmosis: they read the same Memory you do, and everything they add to it is tagged with who added it.
How it’s billed.
The monthly fee covers the seat, the tasks listed and the operator’s hours. Tasks beyond that are bought at the normal pack prices and never expire. Cancel any time; the operator finishes the week.
Capacity.
We take a limited number of operated accounts so each one has a person who knows it. If the list is full, the page says so and takes a name for when it opens.
Twenty minutes. We’ll tell you if Solo and a Thursday would serve you as well.
HOW IT’S CHECKED
Nothing goes out on trust.
A finding in a briefing says how many of the items read back it: “4 of the 12”, “3 of 3 job ads”. Never “probably”. A source that speaks for a whole industry counts as one voice.
A claim in a draft is tested against its opposite while it’s written. If no company would claim the opposite, the claim says nothing, and it’s replaced with the specific thing you do or cut.
A quote is checked against the page it came from. If it isn’t there, it is marked as a fact to verify, and nothing is published until you settle it.
A number is yours, or it is marked. Voice invents nothing unless you tell it to, and it marks what it invented. A case study starts with a fact interview so it contains what only you know.
A post is approved by a named person before it goes out: you, or an operator working inside the rules you wrote. There is no other path to publish.
Common questions
Everything you need to know
Who is my operator?
A named person at Adamiro. You get their name, not a queue. If they’re away, you’re told who covers.
Can I move between levels?
Yes, at the next monthly renewal.
Can I stop and run it myself?
Yes. The account, the Memory, the sources and the queue are yours. Cancelling the service leaves you on a Team seat with your tasks.
Does the operator use my tasks or theirs?
Yours, from the balance included in the fee. The ledger shows every task spent and by whom.
What if I disagree with a post that went out under Level 2?
Say so. The operator pulls it where the platform allows, and the rule that let it through is rewritten that week.
